The share price of Tanla Platforms which was earlier known as Tanla Solutions has hit a new all-time high of Rs 583.50. The news came about Tanla Platforms and the share is trading at 5% intraday high. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Vantage Equity Fund has bought stakes in the company via bulk deals.
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has purchased 9.85 lakh shares that is 0.72 percent of Equity and Vantage Equity Fund bought 6.85 lakh shares that is 0.5 percent of the equity of Tanla Platforms.
These two were among the buyers and Banyan Investments was the seller who sold 16.70 lakh shares that is 1.23 percent of equity. All three deals have taken place at the average price of Rs 524.30 per share.
There are many strengths about Tanla Platforms that the promoter has also increased its shareholding in the last few quarters, the company is having no debt and the net cash flow from operation is also rising.
The stock of Tanla Platforms has hit the 52-week high of 583.50 today and its intraday high is 583.50 and its intraday low is 568.60 at NSE. There have been 931,781 shares traded at NSE and 93,467 traded at BSE till 12.30 PM and the price it is trading at is Rs 583 per share.
