The share price of Spicejet and Snowman Logistics rallied after both the company came together and signed MoU for the transportation of the Covid-19 Vaccine.
The share price of Snowman Logistics closes at Rs. 64.80 with 5.80% gain for the day, whereas the share price of Spicejet closes at 105.20 with 5.52% gain for the day.
SpiceJet and Snowman Logistics have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the movement of COVID-19 vaccine to jointly offer seamless air logistics to Snowman clients and customers by combining their areas of expertise and strength, the airline said in a release.
The airline said its dedicated freighters, operated under the SpiceXpress cargo division, are capable of transporting sensitive drugs and vaccines in controlled temperatures ranging from (-) 40 degrees celsius to (+) 25 degrees celsius, both domestically as well as internationally.
“Snowman will handle the ground services which includes activities such as transportation to/from manufacturers, warehouses, airports and consumption points, packing, storage, and warehousing, in the required temperature zones,” the Snowman Logistics company said in a BSE filing.
